Vintage condition
All items sold by Prisme Vintage are pre-owned/vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. We aim to provide detailed photos and descriptions so you can purchase with confidence.
Switzerland (CH) — All sales final
For customers located in Switzerland, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including (but not limited to) “it’s not my style,” “I expected it to look different,” “it doesn’t fit my belongings,” or “I found another one.”
CH exceptions (wrong item / materially not as described)
A return may be accepted only if:
you received the wrong item, or
the item is materially not as described in the listing (for example: major damage that was not shown in photos or disclosed in the description).
Minor wear consistent with vintage items (and visible in photos or disclosed in the listing) is not considered a defect.
Report issues within 72 hours of delivery at lisa@prismevintage.com and include:
order number
clear photos (video if helpful)
short description of the issue
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval. If approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
EU & UK — 14‑day return right (change of mind)
If your delivery address is in the EU or UK, you may cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
EU/UK return conditions
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories (dust bag, strap, cards, packaging, etc., if included).
The item must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
We may refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item shows signs of wear/damage after delivery, has been altered, or is returned incomplete (where permitted by law).
EU/UK return shipping (change of mind)
For change-of-mind returns under the EU/UK 14-day return right, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Wrong item / materially not as described (EU/UK)
If you received the wrong item or it’s materially not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lisa@prismevintage.com. If approved, we will cover return shipping.
Refunds (timing & method)
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method (including TWINT, where used). Payment providers and banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Original shipping, duties & fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Any duties/taxes/customs/handling fees (if applicable) are not refundable by Prisme Vintage.
