These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prisme Vintage website and any purchases made through it (the “Site”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Prisme Vintage

Prisme Vintage (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells curated pre-owned/vintage fashion items. We operate from Geneva, Switzerland and ship to the EU and the UK.

2) Eligibility & account information

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Site and purchase items. If you create an account or provide checkout details, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3) Product listings & vintage condition

All items are pre-owned/vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. We aim to describe items and condition as accurately as possible, including through photos and written notes.

Colors may appear different depending on screen settings and lighting. Measurements are approximate.

4) Pricing, currency & taxes

Prices are shown in CHF.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Depending on destination, your order may be subject to import VAT, duties, or handling fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.

5) Orders, payment & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we confirm it and/or the order is dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases including (but not limited to): suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or payment issues. If we cancel after you’ve been charged, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

6) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

We ship to the EU and UK. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Please ensure your address details are correct; we are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra costs caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

7) Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8) Promotions, discounts & drop mechanics

Promotions and discount codes may have conditions (expiry, exclusions, one-time use). Drops are limited-quantity. Items may sell out at any time; cart contents are not reserved until checkout is completed.

9) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

- misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security features

- scrape content, use bots, or overload the Site

- use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

10) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, branding, product photography, layout, logos) is owned by or licensed to Prisme Vintage and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Prisme Vintage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Prisme Vintage harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

14) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of Geneva, Switzerland will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when the latest version applies. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
